Wheelchairs and Accessibility

We have a limited capacity for wheelchair seats available. Online booking of a limited number of wheelchair accessible seats is available; please note that this system is new for us and therefore wheelchair accessible seats may not be available on all performance nights where bookings already existed. This system will be in place fully from the 2024/25 season starting in September 2024.

Payment Methods

We prefer major credit and debit cards in person at The Playhouse. Tickets booked over the phone must be paid for by credit and debit card and can collected from the box office or issued as e-tickets via email. Sorry, we no longer accept cheques.
